The customer has five (5) days to inform us of any damaged or missing products received upon delivery. After this period, all products will be deemed accepted by the receiver. No claims will be honored after this period. All products should be inspected upon delivery. Filing a claim does not alter terms of payment.
NameTagSupply.com will only return orders with a manufacturing defect. Please make sure you double check your sample name badges as that is how your name tag will appear when it is received by the receiver. Each name badge is individually wrapped inside of a clear plastic sealed bag and should remain in the bag when inspected, Name Tags removed from the clear plastic sealed bag will be considered acceptable when they are opened.
Due to the Dye Sublimation printing method, Name Badges, Inc. will not be responsible for exact color matching unless prior arrangements are made with PMS color codes.
NameTagSupply.com will process and ship your order within two (2) business days (Monday – Friday).
Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after the item is shipped. (Orders to Canada may take longer due to delays at Customs or Canada Post)
